So, This is one of my most favorite dishes of all dishes. Basically it is an Indian dish which is belong to basically Hariyan and Uttar Pardesh in that city this is called as a golgappa. And in other cities this dish is known as pani puri.
Panipuri is a type of snack that It consists of a round, hollow puri, filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.
This is an easy  as you don’t need to make the sweet tamarind chutney. this pani or spiced water recipe is my mom’s recipe and to save time she would make the pani in such a way that it would have all the three major tastes – spicy, tangy and sweet. so all three tastes – teekha, khatta and meetha taste in just one pani. otherwise generally both the spicy chutney and sweet chutney are made separately.
