Pani Puri

So, This is one of my most favorite dishes of all dishes. Basically it is an Indian dish which is belong to basically Hariyan and Uttar Pardesh in that city this is called as a golgappa. And in other cities this dish is known as pani puri.

Panipuri is a type of snack that It consists of a round, hollow puri, filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.

This is an easy  as you don’t need to make the sweet tamarind chutney. this pani or spiced water recipe is my mom’s recipe and to save time she would make the pani in such a way that it would have all the three major tastes – spicy, tangy and sweet. so all three tastes – teekha, khatta and meetha taste in just one pani. otherwise generally both the spicy chutney and sweet chutney are made separately.

Creamy Mushroom Gravy

There are some dishes that taken me back to my childhood. Cream of mushroom is one of those dishes. Of course, the mushroom soup of my teenagers came from the tarditional red and white can, it is heated within five minutes and thinned with few milk. It was comfort in a bowl, particularly because my mum always made it with such care.

This vegan cream of mushroom soup doesn’t come together quite as quickly, but the texture of the fresh mushrooms along with the undertone of curry makes it well worth the extra time.

And while vegan and creamy may seem to be enemies by nature, this soup takes advantage of a little trick I like to use when making light soups.
